Client Challenge:

Our client wanted a solution that would enable their target customers to book a service quickly. They wanted to connect with service providers in the agricultural and manufacturing domain, such as labourers. This would help their customers to get their work done quickly without delay. 

Solution:

Cypher Swift developed KANKI, a mobile app that facilitates swift connection with service providers. The app allows users to choose as many as five labourers and communicate their needs. We equipped the mobile platform with strong IVR technology for seamless communication. We also included many options to complete the booking and even cancel it when needed. This app is available in both English and Telegu.
