The Challenge

The challenge of data management emerged right when we started building the app. Ucchvas' services rely heavily on sensitive information, such as patients' records, billing details, and third-party solution integration for accounts. This data is not only crucial for patients but also for the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the entire system.

We needed to eliminate data hinders and ensure the system generated automated records with no room for manual errors. Any glitch or lag in data transfer could severely impact patient care and disrupt the flow of medical information.

On top of that, the Ucchvas team wanted the software to strictly comply with the guidelines for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR). Adhering to these standards was essential to safeguard the privacy of patient data.
